If BRP has IDV app selfie then this was an approval which was on the way anyways. If the BRP has my biometric appointment photo then this was a pre checked application awaiting biometrics.

Really frustrating to wait since April/ May for a decision

I finally received my approved decision on 11/09/2020. Prior to this, I submitted via IDV app on 26/08/2020 & in person app 02/09/2020.
