I was eligible for ILR since 06/05/2020 but waited until 24/06/2020 for priority service to re-open (unfortunately did not open). I needed my ILR urgently due to current visa expiry and travel needs. Thanks to this immigrationboards forum, I saw it on 11 Sept and noticed that IDV app has the lowest priority. So I booked UKVCAS appointment as well and then ILR approved in 2 days.
