My timeline is same as yours not a little bit different. I submitted my set m on 14th april. Gave selfie on app 25th aug.i went for biometric appointment in person on 15th September. Still waiting for decision. I hope i get it soon.i am tired of waiting.

Decision finally arrived today - it was an anxious wait I have to say! No idea why this took longer (around 1 month after biometrics) than many others. Worth noting that I contacted my local MP about this (as MPs have a separate, direct route into HO to enquire about constituents' applications) on 15 September, who passed on my enquiry to the Home Office the next day. I have no way of knowing if this had any impact!
