I went for second biometric submission even after getting one cancellation under assumption that I should try from my end to speed in anyway I can.

I would have to say to anyone thinking of escalating to MP...you have to have a good reason to escalate, my MP told me my reason (pending job offer) wasn't sufficient enough to raise the issue with the home office.
