Just to share my experience applying for ILR for myself and my dependants.

Applied for ILR Route: SET(O) for myself, wife and 1 child
Application Type: Priority (3x £500)
Date application submitted: 28/06/2022
Biometric appointment: 8/7/2022 (0800)
Documents received by HO: 8/7/2022
Email received from HO: successful, 17/7/2022(Sunday) at 0700!!
BRP Card Receipt: Awaiting

I have to say, it has been a very stressful 2 months, but I'm just glad it's all done. At one point, I was drafting a letter to my local MP on day 5.
A bit odd that they send the outcome email early in the morning on a Sunday. But can't complain!
