My ILR timeline:
Initially applied for T1(Entrepreneur) second extension: 14 Jan 2022 (was two months short of completing the employment requirement);
Submitted documents and Biometrics on 18 Mar 2022 (last possible day);
Varied to ILR: 21 Mar 2022 (standard application, priority not available);
Documents and Biometrics: 8 Apr 2022 (nearest available);
Complained to the HO on 21 Sep 2022 - no reply (they had 20 working days to reply but I've never heard from them);
First MP letter to HO: 4 Oct 2022, no reply;
Second MP letter: 17 Nov 2022, no reply;
Approval received: 16 Dec 2022.
