I was so stressed about this application as my Indian passport expires in April and when I submitted my ILR application, the acknowledgment email said my application would be processed by May! I wasn’t sure if I’d need a valid passport for my ILR application to be processed, but then I looked at the timelines people are posting on this board and I was reassured that my application would likely be processed by mid February. And it was!

Received an email on 14 February 2024 saying "Your English language qualification does not meet the minimum level./You have not provided any evidence of an English language qualification at the required level."
I have a UK Masters degree which I re-sent again in reply to this email. Got the approval the next day so seems like it was a mistake on their part.
