Hi everyone,

This thread was very helpful in my process! Posting dates to help others.

For the following dates, I did pay for and attend a Super Priority appointment. No decision was made on any of the standard timelines. I am now chasing a refund.

I did escalate twice - at 5 working days after the initial appoinment and again 5 working days after that escalation!

Pleasantly surprised that their Super Priority Service works - I submitted my supporting docs at the Premium Lounge in London at 9.30am, and received an approval email at 2.30pm the same day.
