ILR under SET(M) advice required please

Post by giz » Fri Feb 26, 2010 6:34 am

Is it true that applying for ILR under SET(M) the emphasis is mainly on proving that you're still married and living together?

I've been reading many threads on the forum dealing with different types of ILR applications and a lot of them seem to requiure details of financial history, i.e. payslips, letters from employers etc. Is that not the case with SET(M) applications?

I just want to be prepared for when I go for my PEO appointment next month.

Thanks
Giz :)

Have you read the application form SET(M)? Clearly, whilst evidence of living together is important, so are the financial aspects.
