If my ILR is due in mid 2010, then what is the earliest time I can clear the exam and keep that ready.

Take the test as soon as you feel ready...but don't lose the pass certificate. You won't be issued a replacement. Good luck. :)

One little tip. If it helps, you can choose to listen to the questions through headphones while you are reading the screen. :wink:
