Long Residence and FLR dependents

Hi Team,

could some one guide me here ?

My visa and my dependant visa expires on April 12 2021.

I am applying for SET LR Long Residence route ILR next week.

Any priority services available to get next day decision before my visa expires ?

My family ( living in UK as Tier 2 ICT Dependant) will need to apply FLR M visa based on my application decision on SET LR.

For any reason my application decision is not received , what shall be done on family visa ?

will they apply FLR M still before their visa expires or they can apply along with me ( there are not qualified now for SET LR )

any guidance will be helpful here..

As family members not qualified at the same time i apply for SET LR application they need to apply seperately as Family Visa Route ( FLR M ) .. but if my application is pending decision how to apply Family Visa for my family. Any guidnance on it ?

They apply for FLR(M) before visa expiry. Their application will be pending until you are granted ILR

At the time of filling the family visa application from the start , should I need to consider as if like main applicant is already a settled person( though decision pending ) or family visa ( FLR M )form to need to be filled with selecting other options..

Form would ask what is present visa type of the family member and also what's the main applicant visa route. ?

Should I fill FLR M throughout in a assumption that the main applicant already a settled person ?

Yes you should assume that. FLR(M) should be filled by people who qualify as family members of a settled person

Hi,

I got appointment( SEL LR - standard- online application ) for April 15th 2021 to provide my biometric.

Application ( SET LR) submitted on March 19th 2021.

My visa and my family ( wife and daughter ) visa expires on April 12th.

All these years i am in Tier 2 - ICT and my dependents are in Tier -2 ICT PBS Dependent Leave to Remain

With respect to Family Visa ( FLR M) , i will be applying before April 12th 2021.

The question is how to inform Home Office to consider my application first and then consider my family visa?

Cover letter enough or anything i can mention to home office in any other way?
