Just for your information and peace of mind please see below:

Our timeline was the below:

-PEO Appointment 21st of Feb 2018 and we were given the further checks letter.
-Email invite to Interview sent to us on 23rd of Feb 2018
-Liverpool Interview 7th of March 2018 ( attended)
-Survey email Received on the 12th of March
-Decision and documents received back on Monday 26th of March 2018. These were sent back to us via Royal Mail Guarantee by 1pm next day service.

Have you got any legal advice from a solicitor re your case?

If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them.

Thanks Again yes my solicitor is ready to control any negative impact but we are very positive as I have 7 year old daughter and she already had leave to remain so solicitor said stay positive so will wait for the outcome and I will update u here

Just to give u all update i got refused based on marriage interview
They said its a marriage of convenience they even dont consider my daughter which is 7 year old and she have limited leave to remain in uk
They given me right of appeal and i am filing with solicitors next week

Hi everyone, I got emailed back to sit down for interview, i had applied 5 years british spouse visa , I have used super priority, I had contacted my mp ,complain 2 times to Ho , they never contacts me , submitted application on 25th of March 2019 , ? Next day case worker ask my original passport to sent , I have sent it next day , after that case worker or Any one Fromm HO never contact me to my MP , I wrote to my MP , case worker & complain team , now after 45 days HO ask for interview , my case worker from Manchester, now he sent me To Sheffield to sit in interview , could any one help me
With list of questions, what they might ask
