My ILR + FLR for wife = 2 separate applications?

Hi all,
I'll be eligible for ILR in May'14 but my wife won't, I intend on applying FLR(M) for her.

When booking a premium PEO appointment online, can I select "family group" and take her with me on the same appointment? I will, ofcourse, use SET(O) for myself and FLR(M) for her.

Do I need to book a separate appointment for her considering she's technically not a dependant applying on the same SET(O) form?

Correct. You need to have two separate applications. You could do in same day, but defer her application by 3-4 hours.
