Yes that is separate as that is previous applications reference numbers etc. Different scenario.

ILR UAN (main applicant) is optional to even mention in cover letter (children account). These are suggestions which I have come across and learnt with experience. You may or not follow them.
Dear Cullinan,

Noted your comment above. Well understood.
I will prepare a cover letter each for Child 1 and 2, to mention their mother (main applicant) has applied for ILR and to state the current UAN reference number.

Thank you.

Dear Cullinan,

Please do the final review of the summary of the documents we are going to submit tonight after 10pm:

I.Other documents for the business:
1 Cover letter to HO as detailed below:
1.1 I mentioned 2 Jobs created with 2 full time employees (at least 130 hours per month), job title 1, name of employee, start date, job title 2, name of employee, start date.

1.2.In the letter, i ask them to refer to Appendix 1 for information about the Job Title and Descriptions for both the Tier -1 entrepreneur and employees.

1.3 I mentioned I would like to claim points for jobs created after the last grant of leave on 12 June 2019 and the hourly rates paid to the 2 full time employees can be summarised as follows:

~for the period from 1 July 2019 to 31 Mar 2020
Name of employee: Staff 1, £8.21 per hour
Name of employee: Staff 2, £8.21 per hour

~for the period from 1 Apr 2020 to 31 Dec 2020
Name of employee: Staff 1, £8.72 per hour
Name of employee: Staff 2, £8.72 per hour

1.4 RTI FPS and payslips for the 2 employees
Even though the requirement is to submit 12 months RTI FPS and payslips after the last grant of leave on 12 June 2019, I submitted 18 months of the said documents for the period from July 2019 to December 2020 for your considerations.

1.5 Furlough period from 13 Mar 2020 to 30 June 2020
I mentioned I am claiming points for the period when the 2 employees were furloughed as I complied with the rules of the UK Government furloughed scheme. They have been paid at least 80% of their normal salary and hence, the furloughed period will count towards the 12 month period.

The above rule is stated in Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)_Version 26.0, Page 89 of 117 Published for Home Office staff on 01 December 2020 under the heading of Job Creation: If the applicant holds leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and their business has been impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

1.6 Attached Appendix 1. The details are as follows:
1.6 a Overview of business activities
1.6 b Job title and descriptions for main applicant
1.6 c Creation of two jobs positions and jobs descriptions

2 Confirmation letter from the owner of property dated 8 Dec 2020 (as I run the business from home)

J. Cohabitation documents

1.Electricty bill (25 Nov 2020 backwards to 21 Dec 2018)- quarterly statements -JOINT NAMES
2.Bank A- (8 Dec 2020 backwards to 25 Dec 2018)- to submit monthly statements for every 2 months- JOINT NAMES
3.Bank B- (30 Nov 2020 backwards to 31 Dec 2018)- to submit monthly statements for every 2 months- sole name of MAIN APPLICANT

4.Bank B- (3 Dec 2020 backwards to 3 Dec 2018)- to submit monthly statements for every 2 months- sole name of DEPENDANT SPOUSE

5.Tenancy agreement for the period from 1/7/2019 to 30/6/2021 (signed by JOINT NAMES and the Landlord)
6.Tenancy agreement for the period from 1/1/2018 to 30/6/2019 (signed by JOINT NAMES and the Landlord)

Dependant spouse's (same account with Main Applicant) documents are as follows:
A.current passport/all previous passports
B.BRP
C.Life in UK online reference stated in Set(O)
D.Degree certificate
E.Consent letter- Part 1 signed by dependant
E.Consent letter- Part 2 signed by main applicant

Child 1 Account's documents are as follows:
A.current passport/all previous passports
B.BRP
C.Life in UK online reference stated in Set(O)
D.Degree certificate
E.Birth certificates (both original language and translated)
F.One month bank statement dated 11 Dec2020
G.College letter dated 20 Nov 2020
H.Consent letter- Part 1 signed by Child 1
H.Consent letter- Part 2 signed by main applicant
H.Consent letter- Part 3 signed by main applicant
I.A cover letter to HO to mention his mother has applied for ILR and to state the current UAN reference number.

Child 2 Account's documents are as follows:
Same as Child 1 above

Other query:
1.As the Malaysian identity number is disclosed in Set(O), are you sure we are not required to submit the proof?
2.In the main applicant's and the child's Set(O), there is question how long have you been living in this address: the answer is 59 months/ 5 years

Why i couldn't find the similar question asking the dependant spouse? I scroll up and down looking for this question but couldn't find. I am worried if i missed out the question.

I shall await for your review comments and the reply to the above questions.

Thank you so much.

Dear Cullinan,

Regarding this:

J. Cohabitation documents
Main applicant does not need any cohabitation documents. Dependent partner needs it. So add these under dependent’s name when you upload

If main applicant does not need any cohabitation documents and as all other documents are under the sole name of main applicant, then do i need to attach Consent Form- Part 2 signed by me?

Sure. Have you got your documents ready and scanned? Not necessarily you have lots of time to do that. Just asking.

Suggestion:

Keep your documents organised. PDF recommended. The more organised and the less files, easier for CW. No file size should exceed 6MB.

Dear Cullinan,

Regarding your comment:

Sure. Have you got your documents ready and scanned? Not necessarily you have lots of time to do that. Just asking.

Suggestion:

Keep your documents organised. PDF recommended. The more organised and the less files, easier for CW. No file size should exceed 6MB

Regarding the file size, do you mean each file size ?

I have just submitted the main applicant's application and now on the "Book Appointment" page, can i sign out now as i want to submit the 2 child accounts first, So that i can book the appointment together, correct ?

Regards

Ben
You mean you submitted main applicant’s and yours too?
6MB/file

Yes you can sign out.
Dear Cullinan,

Yes, Bingo. I have submitted both the main applicant and two 18+ Child accounts.
All done.

So the next step is to book appointment. Any tips from you? I want to fix now if possible.

Thank you.

Ben

Have you scanned documents and ready to self-submit also OR you want to book an appointment only?

Also, do you want to book appointment for all at one location or your children are happy to go alone also?

I will suggest accordingly.

Dear Cullinan,

1.Self submit
I don't understand what is self submit?? Please elaborate.

2. I want to book appointments for all of us at one location.

3.All my scanned documents (including the kids cover letter to HO) are ready for submission.

OK. If you look for appointments now (try different postcodes/locations also as price vary with centre types)- this is good time after 12AM GMT - you will get an appointment for 11th Jan. Most likely you will get paid slots. Free slots are scarce and you have to keep looking for a few days to be lucky. Also check if there is plenty availability for 11th Jan as you need to book first for your wife and yourself through the same account and children individually. So option 1 is you all book for 11th Jan (if available) OR log back at 12AM tomorrow night and see for 12th Jan.

OR

You and your wife needs two slots. Your children need 1 slot each. If you wait 2-3 days there is a possibility you get earlier appointment if there are any cancellations. You and your wife needs two cancellations to get lucky (if any cancellations) and your children need to get lucky individually. Since main applicant’s visa is more important to get approved first and lets say you get lucky to find a slot for yourself and wife but not children, you could do that. In this case your children have to go on their own.

But easiest way to do is to book all for 11th Jan or play with the system as stated above as per your wish.

Come back after you decide and I will guide you through self-submission then.

Dear Cullinan,

I have gone through most of the centres, you are right, the earliest appointments i can get aere on 11 Jan 2020. I will check again tomorrow.

We prefer to go together as a family. However, if there is no luck, then my wife and I have to go first. My 2 sons will go together on an appointment.

Thank you for your tips.

Regards

Ben
