Need Valuable advise

Hi,

I need advise from experts, basically I am on Tier 1 visa ( Ext granted as on June-2019 till June-2021) My brief history is as under.

History
Student Visa Granted (03/03/2010)
Enter in Uk 08/04/2010 (student visa)
PSW 2012
Family join me 08/03/2013 (Wife and two daughters)
Third Daughter Bone here 24/12/2013
Tier1 Visa Granted (17/07/2014) Whole Family
Tier I Ext Granted ( 24/06/2019 till 24/06/2021) Whole Family

Scenario:

If i applied on 5 years with my whole family i have to pay huge fees of HO. If i apply my self ILR on March 2020 then i have to pay one fee (Myself) if i granted visa then i can go for Naturalisation of my UK born daughter. Rest my wife and two daughters have a visa till June-2021 then i can take one extension for them and they will completer their 10 Years on that extension.

I need you best advise what should i do.

If you apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence your dependents are NOT able to continue on their PBS Dependent visas. They will have to switch to FLR(M) and your spouse must meet the English A1 and financial requirement of £22,400 pa.

My question is, whether my family visa will be invalid if i apply my 10 year basis on 03/2020 or they have valid visa till June 2021 and they are legal till June 2021?. Should I have to apply their visa FLR (M) on same time ? when i am going to apply my 10 year visa ?. Or i calm apply on June 2021.

They can likely remain if HO doesn't curtail their visas (which rarely happens). Travelling out of the UK is risky as the IO could refuse them entry and cancel their visas (this has happened to members) so if you have travel plans, they should switch before traveling.
