I had my Super-priority appointment at Croydon at the bedford point on the 1st December (Saturday) paid 3018 + 100 for the appointment.
ILR SET(O) - Tier 2 (5 year route).
I had uploaded everything already beforehand so was in and out in 25 minutes. They did the biometrics and scanned all the pages of my current and previous passport. Checked all the documents etc. (no point paying for document checking as they check that anyway) and then the agent asked me a few times if I want to submit anything else. I had submitted all the items in the mandatory checklist so didn't think anything else was needed and to keep things simple.
It is now 7th December and I haven't received anything and weirdly enough, I have access to the UKVCAS system still. I used live chat to ask DX if they have anything for me and they said no. I called UKVI using the number mentioned in the forum option 4 and then 1 and was told that they have 24 hours to make the decision so monday they would have made a decision and then 5 working days after that to get in touch with me and hence they can't do anything until then.
So, let's see what happens.

What are the new fees for this process? It seems like we're paying more for less from what I've gleaned in this thread.

Oh congratulations! That sounds very promising for you and all of us. It seems Home Office has finally fixed whatever issues they had last week?

Just received my letter saying ILR has been approved.
Timeline:
22 Nov: Online application submitted
3 Dec: Biometrics and document checking at 20 Mark Lane (Sopra Steria's "premium" centre)
8 Dec: Letter dated 6 Dec arrives through Royal Mail stating that a BRP will be sent to me in 7 working days. Interestingly, it doesn't actually say my ILR application has been approved, but there is a generic letter without my name on it that says The ILR application has been approved.
For anyone applying in this period, remember that you need your BRP before you leave the country! I've got a flight booked on Wednesday, which I think I may have to postpone as it's doubtful that it will come through in time.

Congratulations. You should call DX. If it was approved on 6th then it is very hopeful that you will get BRP on Monday or Tuesday next week.

03001232241 from the forum.
Was hoping to get something in post today but still nothing.
Also, I can still login into the UKVCAS. Is that normal ?
Can anyone whose ILR is approved confirm if they can still login or not?

How do you contact DX? I only used the live chat option on Friday as I couldn't find a contact number on their website.

Hi Manibala
Have you used solicitor for your application or you have done the application on your own.
Congrats it has given hope to all of us.

Thank you! Yes that's a good idea. I called them on Thursday and they said they had nothing at the time, but I'll try again on Monday morning and hopefully they'll have something for me.

It's good to know that you can still login into the UKVCAS system as I was wondering whether it is for only those who haven't yet got a decision.

Called again today at 10 am.
The lady on the phone was really nice, took down my details, case id, date of birth, email, name, nationality and visa application date.
Said she will send my details to the relevant department and they will let me know. (I am assuming this is the escalation that everyone has mentioned on the forum).
Fingers crossed I hear something back today. Either via. email or via. post. This is getting a bit stupid, waiting 10 days for the same thing that used to be done in 1 day before.

Do we qualify for a refund as the HO has failed its service standard of 24 hours?
