Paper application form withdrawn

I downloaded the paper form in October and it says "this form should be used used on application made on or after 21 September 2018".
Is this the latest version form SET LR

I also called H.O this afternoon ,they confirmed that we can take the paper form to the premium appointment since we have booked in advance of this new change. She said they are aware of this situation and have been informed to accept the paper application. But for those who will post their application i suggest to use the online application not to give them any excuse.

Hi,

I accompanied my wife yesterday Sat 3rd Nov for ILR application, and the paper based form was absolutely fine. In fact, upon generally asking if there was a set deadline after which they won't accept the paper forms, I was told that there is no hard deadline and they will continue to take in paper based forms at least in November but look at phasing them out.

So paper based forms are all good for now!

thank u anandb also please confirm it was SET M 7-2018 the lastest for spouse settlement right?

Based on her case, Set "O" was the relevant one which we used.

Hi

I am having some doubts while filling my wife ILR application.

I am using Set O 7/2018 file format rather then new application online. I booked this appointment in 1st of Oct.

My doubts are

1. My wife does not work ---- Can I show my payslips and Bank Statement
2. Proof when you are absent from UK --- What proof I need to provide because she does not work, I could not get an Employment letter. Can you advise if I select Other, what proofs I need to provide.
3. I will put marriage certificate, payslips (mine) & Bank Statement (mine) we don't have a joint Bank account. Also Employment letter, my Bio-metric card.

Can anyone advise are these sufficient.
