PBS Dependent ILR

Post by xeesee » Wed Jan 29, 2020 1:39 pm

Hello everyone,

I received my ILR (T1 entrepreneur 50k) last week but my dependants extension application is still in process and they ask for maintenance bank statements ( I already emailed them also submitted at the time of application).

They have completed 5 years as my dependants in last year December.

Q 1: Can I vary their extension application into ILR application at this stage as my application is already decided.

Q 2: if answer of my first question is 'yes' Do I need to inform UKVI before submitting ILR application.

Q 3: what application form do I need for them SET(0) or any other.

Thanks

Thanks Zimba.

Do you have a valid passport?

Yes or No

If I choose yes. Confirm you can provide this passport or select No.

What option shall I choose?

Note: all documents are with UKVI at the moment. Including life in UK test certificate and English language certificate.

Thanks

Thanks Zimba for you quick reply.

Q-Do you have a visa , leave to enter or remain or any other permission to be in the UK?

I selected yes

Q- What is the end date of your most recent visa?

03-03-2019

Your application is unlikely to be successful if you apply after your current leave has expired.was there a reason beyond your control and why you didn't apply before your visa or leave to remain expired.

If your answer is yes give evidence proving exceptional situation such as doctor's note or death notice for a close family member.

Above are the option.

Can I explain that I'm varying my current application and covered by 3c.

Thanks

The form is designed to be generic. Explain your circumstances. Answers on the form do not suddenly make you ineligible. Your eligibility is determined as per rules not the form

Hello members,

Please advise

I filled ILR application form for my dependants and documents list at the end of application as follows.

Mandatory documents:
- A copy of the photo page from the passport issued by Pakistan for Mrs xxxx xxxxx.

Other documents:
- All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards Miss xxxx has used to travel to or remain in the UK.

-All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards Miss xxxx has used to travel to or remain in the UK.

- Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks.

-Evidence proving Mrs xxxx xxxxx exceptional situation. ( Applying after leave expired)

- language test certificate for Mrs xxxx xxxxx

- Evidence of Mrs xxxx xxxxx Immigration status in the UK.

- Declaration singed by MR xxxx to confirm consent for the HO to request verification checks
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I answer No to all these documents in the application form and explained these all documents are sent to the HO with extension application in march 2019.

But at the end this list is generated and I can only move further by ticking and confirming that I will provide all these documents with my application.

Thanks

Hello everyone,

1- Can I take the maintenance money which I used for extension application?

2-The check list at the end didn't ask for any documents related to me. Like passport or BRP.

Please advise if it's required.

3- Can I resign from the company as my relationship with my business partner is not very healthy?

4- I will ask him to take his share and leave or I will take mine and resign if that will not effect my dependants.

Thanks

There is no maintenance requirement for ILR
2-The check list at the end didn't ask for any documents related to me. Like passport or BRP.
UKVI has your details on their system
3- Can I resign from the company as my relationship with my business partner is not very healthy?
4- I will ask him to take his share and leave or I will take mine and resign if that will not effect my dependants.
You are not subject to Tier 1E rules anymore as you have ILR. Do what you wish

Thanks zimba.

I have submitted my dependants ILR application with normal service. There was an option of super priority as well but I choose normal service with the hope that it will take less time as compare to main applicant.

Thank you so much once again.

Hello everyone,

I'm in process of uploading documents. There are sections like Finance, proof of business ect.

I have already resigned as director of company and in other words unemployed at present. But starting a job from 1st march with one of our clients.

My wife works part time but I did not add any documents of her job as an evidence.

Zimba as you checked my documents list and I searched online as well there are no financial requirements for dependants ILR.

Can you give your thoughts on it as your opinion always give me peace of mind.

Why these sections are there and is there any guidance document for dependants ILR.

Thanks

The upload tabs are GENERIC and the same for everyone.

It does NOT mean you MUST upload stuff into each category.

Simply upload ONLY what is required for the dependent ILR application.

Stop panicking!!

Thanks CR001.

You are right I was worried. Thanks for your help.

After spending 6+ years under restrictions my mind is still not accepting the freedom that I have now.

The only people in this country I can trust is this forum. You zimba, macranth, aman90 and others are always very helpful.

Is there any guidance for PSB dependants for ILR?

Thanks

What guidance??? You have been given the correct advice. There is nothing tricky about the apllication.

See link below for examples of categories to upload but kite you only upload what the requirements are are, not any additional stuff because a category exists.

indefinite-leave-to-remain/uploading-yo ... 96002.html

Hello everyone,

I received my IHS £3600 today not the extension application fees. I thought they will not refund IHS.

I didn't receive any acknowledgement email for varying into ILR as well.

Not sure should I be happy or worry.

Anyone got any clue about this?

Thanks

Refund from UKVI

Post by xeesee » Wed Feb 12, 2020 3:47 pm

Hello,

I received IHS back but not the extension application fees.

I contacted UKVI via phone and they said fees is non-refundable.

Is it true? If not what shall I do to get application money back.

Please advise.

Thanks
