Maybe try a different browser, clear your cache and cookies. Log out and log back in.

I am really worried about reading the peoples difficulties and frustration about the PSC booking. I am already eligible to apply but for a few reasons, I would like to apply for the 1st week of October. Not sure yet whether the system will totally change in October or not! One of my friend who recently gets his ILR suggest me to book an appointment now as I'm eligible then rescheduling it accordingly to October! I am a bit confused..is that would be a good idea? or what if I didn't get an appointment in October.Experts suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Best Regards

One thing I'm doing is always opening my link in a chrome incognito window to make sure no cookies or anything are being retained. But I feel it displays different things to different IP addresses and is just totally random and broken. I mean it might not even let you book those appointments. I saw appointments from the 18th September last night but when I tried to book it just autocorrects it to the 24th.

May I ask what search engine you are using?

The abundance of Birmingham appointments have now all disappeared. I don't think it would have worked even if anybody tried to book them. Basically phantom appointments that display once and then never again.

Also try using different computers, different internet connections or restarting your router. It's a long shot and basically black magic at this stage but having fresh IP addresses may help.

Also everyone if you do appear to get a booking please look very carefully at the date stated underneath the calendar! The date you click on may not be the date it's actually giving you.

I had dates appear to me from the 18th September, clicking on it didn't give me the 18th, it wanted to give me the 24th even though the 18th was still highlighted.

All the midnight slots are going to be 24th onwards. Dates before that would be cancellations but I could only see Croydon and the rest. Haven’t seen any at Belfast and Glasgow(midnight slot availability). My lawyer told me a day too late... when I log in and tried to Bol myself an appointment it was from 21st onward. Gutted, more like a stab and a twist and a jab

I really hope you manage to find something in time Jlooi! Do you have any circumstances that prevent you from applying by post and trying to upgrade to premium from there?

For me personally I dodged a huge bullet by getting an appointment. I'm due to get married outside the country in December and if I had to apply by post and couldn't get premium upgrade it would have been disastrous. I foolishly thought getting an appointment for this would be easy...

I am on a Tier 2 5 years and have found booking appointments relatively easy at midnight last night and 3-4pm this afternoon. There were appointments that hung around for quite a while before being grabbed. Not sure whether they make it different for different ILR routes?

Saw appointment available at half pass midnight for Croydon 18th Aug clicked on it and kept loading then said no appointment then saw 20th which is the last date that I can apply... clicked on it load and then said I made payment too slow. I am about to jump off a building now.

That's really interesting because I was on at that exact same time and I couldn't see any of the dates you saw. I could only see from 25th onwards (which made me so grateful that I did actually pull the trigger for the 24th on the night before, even though it's visa expiry date).

I really don’t know how it works. One of the contributor said he cancelled Birmingham 20th August and I was in front of pc but I couldn’t see anything being released. I have till 23rd August to submit a postal application. By uni starts on the 17 Sept and they want to see the visa before I start. I can only hope people post good news on the postal premium upgrades and how soon they receive the notification.

I saw one of those freedom of information requests revealed that they don't actually re-release cancelled appointments. I think the appointments that show up earlier are normal appointments that they purposefully release later maybe?

I saw another one that says they release it immediately. I don’t know how to attach documents to show you. It’s a letter from UKBA 2013

Can anyone please help me I'm really upset.I have been trying to book an appointment for a week now, and yesterday around 00:30 I finally managed to book a time slot for Croydon and entered all my card details (all within 5 minutes), and as it was loading for ages to get to the final confirmation page, the website goes 'down' and it takes me back to the choose your premium centre page. I checked my bank account immediately and see that £3074 has been taken out (£2999 and £75 extra for a 8am appointment). I contacted my bank and they confirm that PEO PRE-PMT has taken out the money on 14/08/18. I did not receive any emails from the home office nor a Booking reference number. I sent ApplyOnlineE-Support an email straightaway explaining my situation and they sent back a response just now telling me: "there is currently no reported problems with our online booking service. Unless you have received a BRN your appointment would not be confirmed as booked...you will be required to book a new appointment, this will require a new payment". And they told me ask for a refund at PSCappointmentrefunds@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. I had already sent them an email this morning asking for assistance but I really don't want a refund, just a booking!! Has anyone else been through this experience? How can they take my money out straightaway and then tell me I don't have an appointment? And telling me there are no problems with their online booking website, lol I have been stressing and staying up until 1am every night for this past week trying to book. If anyone has gone through something similar, please let me know!

That’s exactly what happened to me last nite!!!! Money has been taken out. Called the immigration office and they said to email refund. My husband went to the bank to do an indemnity claim. They said that they will expedite it and it will take two weeks for refund. BUT TRY LOOKING at the page where you search for available booking can you see the status as paid? If you seen that it means you can book and skip that step. We used my email account to book today for Belfast and used my card as we already called and email and gone to the bank. Even though it is said paid still on the booking system, we didn’t want to risk them cancelling our appointment because we have already requested refund. Should we know earlier we would have continued looking and book because account already showed paid.

. Yes indeed. I can shower and feel the hot water, taste the water, smell the shampoo, inhale the vapour. I am off zombified mode.

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately when I look at the page for available bookings, I don't see the status as paid. Unless you mean try at midnight when there are available bookings? What time did you book for Belfast today? I have emailed and called and still waiting for a response from them...

Try midnight for new slots and anytime of the day for cancellations. I did mine and posted on forum straightaway. Around 12 or one in the afternoon today
