Rearrange appointment at PEO Croydon

Hi,

I have booked an appointment at PEO Croydon to submit my SET(O) form. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend on the confirmed date and want to reschedule to latter date.
Has anybody experenced this and what is the procedure?

Call UKBA and cancel / reschedule the appointment.
