Any EEA citizen after Jan 2021 must have pre-settled or settled status

ONLY if you hired them after Jan 2021. Before that, only a passport copy is enough as EEA citizens were considered settled. What you have collected is ENOUGH. You are being paranoid for no reason

Hi zimba
Just a quick one sorry
As you know already that that our accoutant made mistake so on not putting the employees on payroll in novemver so we had to backdate then in aprill

But then we submitted everything n april we paid
The paye sumbited the rti everything in april

Will home office ask as questions regarding why you
Had to backdate the full 10 employees

And what evidence do we show or do we write a letter please please advice ?

And we paid then cash as you said last time cast is irrelevant

It is up to UKVI to determine the course of action. I can only answer things that are relevant as per rules. If this is not covered, then you must wait and see what UKVI asks from you. I cannot tell you what to expect and what to do. Apply as normal and provide a cover letter if you wish. If they need any extra details or evidence this may be asked from you

Priority service is available for all routes IF you get the option at the payment page stage. You might get the option, you might not.

Also, please respect that we are all unpaid volunteers on the forum and we all have our own family and work commitments. The forum is not an 'on demand' service, members offer advice or response if they choose to do so.

If the priority service is available, you will get the option before the payment page. You pay the priority service fee at the same time as the ILR fee.

Also note, I am not a 'Sir' but a 'Miss'.

Based on report from other forum members, you may want to check for the priority service at/from 1am.
