Hi,

I received today we missed u card from DX, I am not sure if it is something from home office my timeline as follows:

Application sent :16/2/18
Received by HO:17/2/18
Emails received 26/3,26/4

Is it possible that it would be my BRPs

Any info is much appreciated, thanks.

Finger cross mate. I think 90% is the BRP card. Please let us know when you get it.

Hello all!
Just a quick question, I hope somebody will be able to help.

I am making my SET (P) application very soon, however in Section 3.4 it asks for Nationality....I am applying along with my children Who were both born in the UK, they do not have British passports.

What do I put for this? I was going to just write "United Kingdom" in that section.... I am a bit confused. Because they obviously don't come from my country......Will it be an issue? :|

Any advice will be greatly appreciated :D

Hi,

From my understanding of the citizenship laws here in the UK your children are not british because they were born here in the UK. This stopped a long time ago in 1983. Your children are your presently nationality and are dependent on your immigration status.

Hi Datle I applied through solicitors but filled all the forms by myself and he just checked it if nothing I have filled wrong or any error by me etc. Your will be with you soon as I was also not expecting it so quickly. But seems they are quite quick now a days. Hopefully you 'll get it soon.
