playing with lifes no change in their attitude. ILR applied in September 2018. After three months below letter sent. It’s clear they want to ruin immigrants life’s. They fixed the time that complex issue will not be resolved in next three months too.
“We aim to process a all application within 6 months....unfortunately it appears your application will not be processed within the 6month.
We expect to make a decision on your application by 10 June 2019 ....😭
Hi, have you just received the above letter today? Really worried and depressed. On here I can see a post that one person has received brp applying after us. So sorry to hear about your letter. I hope you will hear a good news pretty soon.

Yes I received this letter today
Maybe because I contacted the MP
Because it’s just a three month from the date of submit of my application

We can only speculate what the "exceptionally complex issues" are. From what I have read, it's a standard format they use when they are running out of time or when a MP makes an enquiry. It might not have anything to do with the ins and outs of the application. The fact the my application raises "exceptionally complex issues" might just mean the chance of them dealing with it is exceptionally complex due to volume and backlog. It remains to be seen. Anyone been through this? Please share.

I received this letter from Managed migration dep 6 Liverpool
At the end of the letter, they told me” we expect to make a decision on your application by 10 June 2019 but we will write to you again if this is not going to be possible.”

So we have to wait and wait...
Best of luck to all of us

I think timeline is mainly based on country of origin
and secondly nature of case
is there any article or rejection rate due to safe return review avaliable

Statistics for refugees refused indefinite leave to remain / settlement (rounded to increment of 5)
2010 5
2011 15
2012 5
2013 5
2014 10
2015 10
2016 10
2017 10
Jan-Mar 2018 10
Source: Home Office, FOI 49793

*These statistics refer to HO refusals and do not represent final refusal numbers post judicial review.
**(personal opinion) These numbers are really low compared to the annual number SET(P) applications and most likely relate to convictions/public interest.

Yes, you can arrange to collect it if you phone them.

SET (P) Application ILR

Post by Uche » Sun Dec 09, 2018 6:06 am

I received a message on a forum saying that the home office are giving stay to people who has lived in uk for up to 10 years as a compensation for Windrush scandals. They said you need to use set (p) form.
I have tried to use the set (p) form but its not on the home office website anymore. I found the Nov 2018 version online but its not downloadable.
Has anyone here applied recently using set (p)? How do you get the form and do you applied because you've lived here for ten years without a visa?
Please help

The message you are referring to is NOT true. There is no special concession by HO for people to apply for ILR 'as compensation for windrush'. They are scam messages being sent around on whatsapp. You do not qualify for Set P ILR as you are not a person holding a 5 year refugee residence card.
