Hello dear

I think if you use lawyer both brp and letter goes to the lawyer and they send approval by email only to those who applied via super priority service. have you receieved any thing since last month that you didnt receive the email?

regards
Thanks for the reply sadly i have still not received any thing i think i will call my case worker tomorrow to check if they have any news

I have not had any updates emails either
called my caseworker still no news from ukba

I didnt receive the status Email this month, im wondering maybe they stopped sending Email from end of June or the case worker is on holiday and they dont send in this case. i didnt receive anything as well since I didnt receive status email this month. you check whether you receive your next status Email this month maybe you receive this time. If it be the saturday or sunday they ll send it the next working day.

what is written in the submission confirmation that you received?
is it the same as the following?

Thank you for your application to the Home Office. Your application has been received and is being considered.
It may take up to six months to make a decision on your case. If we are unable to process your application within six months we will tell you as soon as possible.
Our web page contains further information on our service standards and other information which may relate to your application.
Please note that this is an automated response confirming receipt of your application and does not accept responses. Please do not reply to this email.
If there is a change in your circumstances, we kindly ask that you only contact us using this link: https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances-visa-brp

I have received something different, this what I got:

UK Visas & Immigration
Application submitted
Date:
Name:
Visa: Set (P)
Fee paid: No payment required
Reference:

This email includes your application reference number and confirms that there are no fees payable.

What you need to do next
If you have not already done so, you must return to your application to book and attend an appointment with our commercial partner to provide your documents and enrol your biometrics (fingerprints and facial photograph).

If you want to, you can also download a copy of your application form and document checklist.

Your application may not be successful if you do not complete the mandatory actions.

Change your application
Your application details cannot be changed. If you need to change any of your information, you must submit a new application.

however when I should receive an email same to what you mentioned above? is my status correct , should I contact them?

Thanks
I think you should probably, If you used lawyer for applying I think its better to ask them to contact, otherwise you can contact and ask :)
Many thanks for your reply

Do you have a phone number or email to contact them regarding this issue , please?

Kind regards

Hi everyone

I have 2 question in my mind As my ilr is coming next year so just want to clear the thinks from my mind .
I am completing my 5 years refugee status next year . But when I was applied my asylum I got the visa after my first interview and after the I don’t have any problem yet .

So 2 question is :

(1) : I already done the speed awareness course but no point in my license .

(2) : I was over draft from Halifax bank and after that they closed my bank account and they told me the give the money back with in 28 days but I don’t have the money on that time to return it back with the bank notice time periods .Anyway short story is I am defaulter from Halifax in 2014 and 6 years defaulter time is gonna be finished in February 2020 but I paid the all the amount to bank in 2016 but still defaulted .

So there is any problem for ilr and do I need to mention this as well . Just want to clear that I don’t have any criminal record or something .
Thanking you for reading my post and I will for the reply

Hell no you don't have to mention it because you wasn't arrested you didn't go to court. Relax your mind , I did worse and I got mine after 3 months, but if you got speed fine or warning you have to mention it , the only thing they are looking for is if you been to prison or went back to your country.
Good luck.

Hi all,

I am gonna apply ilr set p after complete my 5 year (28 days before)

I got successful asylum claim in September 2014.

Now my question is that should I send all proof and documents I already sent to HO while apply asylum

Or I just need to send documents required just for ILR (check list ).

I am talking about my supporting documents. Or just cover letter and mention my circumstances are same as time of asylum and country origin report are enough.

Please anyone inform.

The advice given by UKVCAS staff: Provide exactly what you are asked, no more, no less. If you provide more documents than required, you are likely to delay your application decision.

Asylum seeker
Your article about the iniquitous and exorbitant fees charged by the Home Office for renewal of leave to remain gives a clear account of the situation (Report, 31 July, theguardian.com). I am, however, disappointed that you did not mention that many people who have applied for asylum are also caught up in this, having had their asylum claim rejected and been granted discretionary leave to remain instead. So after suffering hardship, persecution and possibly torture in their own countries, having made the difficult decision to leave their homeland, and having struggled for years through the UK asylum system with the humiliations and frustrations that entails, they too are now caught in the DLR trap. As you mention, the fees are calculated per person, including for even the tiniest children. The government is making a huge profit out of people who have come to this country seeking a place of safety. Guardian readers might wish to join asylum and refugee support groups up and down the country who are campaigning on this issue.

I am due to submit my application for the ILR SET (P). My question is that I have lost my expired Pakistani Passport as well as national identity card. I went to the police station to report my lost passport but they refused by saying that we do not take lost passport applications.

I NEVER applied for the new one (Pakistan Passport)

What do I have to do in this regard.
I can provide them the copy of the passport and ID card.

Would that be enough to say....
