UKVI allow people change Humantarian leave to Refugee leave but do they also allow if someone want change refugee to humantarian leave ? If so what is the procedure if not why not ?

My 2nd question
If someone wants to given up refugee status even if they hold ILR then can they apply for other leave to remain if they eligible and meet the requirements ?

I submitted my set p application last week through idv app waiting game has been started again with the homeoffice
I have quite messed up immigration history let's see what will be happen my immigration history is below

I had asylum claim in Germany I moved to UK and Claimed asylum using false name I was removed to safe third country returned again to the UK 3 weeks later after removal I claimed asylum again with my real details they asked me to report to them after couple of months of reporting they wanted to arrest me again I flee from the reporting centre I was absconded for 7 years then they scheduled an interview for me I went to the homeoffice building then I was asked to sit for your name to be called for the interview then I left the building without informing them and I went home they rescheduled another interview I did not attended then homeoffice withdraw my case then again after couple of years I contacted them and I submitted further submission 4 years later they interviewed me and eventually granted me refugee now I'm applying for ILR I don't know what outcome will be

I applied in June still waiting,friend of mine applied in early march atlas emailed him last week they have stated on their email your case has been identified as an complex case we endeavour to make a decision on your case by 23/8 /2022 if we can not reach our decision by that time we will email you again with the new timeframe

I received the successful email on 8th of july 5 months after i submitted my application on 9th of Feb 22, some of my friends got their decisions within 2 to 3 months max.
