Hi, further to the application made in February, I have now received an email from home office as follows:





Initially with the application I have submitted the mandatory documents & also the following documents: divorce order & custody of my son (sole responsibility), my sons birth certificate, our both electoral polling cards addressed to our home, tenancy agreement, medical history documents for both, latest photo of us together.

I would be grateful if someone can please advise on what other documents I should send in order to prove my active parental relationship?

My son is 28 years old and I support him emotionally, sometimes financially & he lives with me at the same address but how do I prove this with evidence?

The document is self explanatory. What advice do you need ? Provide whatever the document is asking you.

Any evidence showing you are taking care of the child, paying for the child, providing for the child, etc.
