Should I use SET O for dependents if I apply later?

Post by Shah1698 » Wed May 19, 2021 1:42 am

HI there,

Could someone advice on my query regarding ILR for my dependents, please?

I am on Tier 2 General visa. I have applied for ILR today and booked a biometric appointment with super priority service. My dependents also eligible to apply for ILR at the same time as I do but they will apply after I'm getting the ILR.

So which form should I fill for them? SET(O) or something else?

Will their status change as dependent of settled person after I am getting the ILR so process of applying also change?

Thanks
Shah
