some originals lost but scanned copies present

Post by hisam2k » Thu Dec 17, 2009 2:25 pm

i am going tomorrow

i have almost all my original docs

some were lost by customs and revenue ( originals ) but i scanned them before i sent them and they later sent me a letter sayng they never received them which means my letter got lost

i have written a covering letter explaining the situation with scanned copies and copies of originals

should not be a problem - attached the original letter form revenue as well

just 2-4 originals docs lost

any suggestions

Hello,

What documents you lost?
What doucments you have?
Which type visa you got currently?

If you are clear with your question then some of us can answer.

Best of luck?

Hi,

If you have all the pay slips for 4 years then they will do the job how ever you need to write a letter stating what happened with your P60. Also support your case by showing your bank statements showing you are getting a regualr salary.

I think you will be ok.

"What to do if you don't have the forms

Lost P60

If you've lost your P60 your employer can issue you with a duplicate - but this must be clearly marked as being so.

Completing a P46 if you've lost your P45
If you've lost your P45, you won't be able to get a replacement. Your new employer will give you a form P46 to complete so that HMRC can give you a code number for your new employment."
