Yes its normal. The “card” expires not the immigration status.
Also, the letter does not say that I'll have to return my previous BRP.
You must return old BRP.
Photo on the new BRP is neither from IDV submission nor from the physical appointment. It was actually from my previous BRP
Most likely your IDV worked then and no use of dual submission.
I booked 24Oct slot in Sunderland to save few days. Now, I cant see any more slots. There is just the option to cancel the booking. Medical emergency or compassionate reasons with proof of evidence.

Couldn’t book biometric due to lockdown and she got selected for Bio Reuse which we where quite happy with tbh.
I was so worried coz I did the application myself but now I feel proud of myself. Thanks all for your help especially Cullinan

The general understanding has been that biometrics via IDV have been slow to reach UKVI. In some cases, applicants have found out UKVI haven't received biometrics info weeks after IDV submission.

SET (M) is very slow, 22nd Sept is very recent, I am at 4 months and still haven't heard, hopefully you can hear back sooner than me. SET (O) has been quicker than SET (M) yes.Jsinn wrote: ↑Sun Oct 18, 2020 10:41 amHi All,
