I am considering resign right now regardless of when I receive the approval, but just hope the resignation won't impact the ILR application as my employer will have to notify the Home Office. Anyone knows about the immigration legal details in regards to resigning while ILR is still being considered?

What is the end date on your current BRP? Sometimes a decision can cause the current BRP if it’s not expired to become invalid.

Would've saved you a lot of work if you read/followed my posts. Priority and super-priority aren't coming back any time soon - it would seem. My own opinion is that Super Priority or Priority Services will not resume any soon. There is still a backlog since April to Oct. They have not even started reviewing September SET(m) applications. They should have started doing this by now as they cannot leave them all near 6 months deadline. Lockdown 2 is till 2nd Dec which might be extended for after Xmas and New Year. Taking into consideration that staff are working from home and might be vulnerable people or need to self-isolate, it all plays against resuming the Super Priority Service.proms1 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 12:11 pmHi Guys,

For me 6 months will be 22nd Dec but when back in July my employer did the right to work check, Home office told them that it has been extended till 23rd Jan 2021
