When i check my right to work.
It says..

Your biometric residence card or permit is not valid
Your biometric residence card or permit has either:
• expired
• been reported lost or stolen
Make sure you use your current biometric residence card or permit number.

If I chose the other option that "I have UKVI account"

Whether I try Passport or BRP in both case It says no record found. :x :x

What is the end date on your current BRP? Sometimes a decision can cause the current BRP if it’s not expired to become invalid.

I had my biometric appointment on 27 Oct for Set (o) under T2G 5 years. Anyone on the same boat but still waiting?

I am considering resign right now regardless of when I receive the approval, but just hope the resignation won't impact the ILR application as my employer will have to notify the Home Office. Anyone knows about the immigration legal details in regards to resigning while ILR is still being considered?
24Oct application. Still waiting.

I was checking the right to work website today and it said “there is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK”! :D My lawyers are not replying yet so I have not yet received any decision emails, but fingers crossed it will be forwarded soon! Can’t believe I’m close to the end of this wait!
Congratulations — I remember you’re also a Sept SET(O) IDV only applicant... I am still waiting for mine... :(:(:( Submitted IDV on 21 September....

Hi guys

Tomorrow will be exactly 12 weeks since I submitted my FLR(M) application (19th August) - is it worth emailing my MP to chase it up yet or should I wait a bit?

Any advice is much appreciated :)

Contact the HO first and wait before involving MP.

Thanks @CULLINAN - I already escalated with the HO over 10 working days ago and nothing happened (despite assurances I would receive a response within 10 working days).

Should I still give it a bit longer then?

My BRP expired in August.
You cannot use that BRP to check your right to work then.

Hi Guys,

Just wondering – if any of you (especially the moderators) have any idea about pre-pandemic ILR (set LR) timeline on standard applications. Wanted to compare pre-pandemic timeline to present, just to see if HO is anywhere near to reintroduce Priority/Super Priority services as a lot of us are waiting???

Furthermore, I wanted to publish/post an excel SET LR timetable (but don’t think this is allowed on site) which clearly shows total number of processing days comes down to 80-85 (with one exception since May – of 78 days)

Thank you all in advance.

Would've saved you a lot of work if you read/followed my posts. Priority and super-priority aren't coming back any time soon - it would seem. Pre-pandemic timelines are not representative as priority and super-priority were available and anyone who applied through the standard route expected around 6 months anyway.

I have already published the graphical representation for Set LR earlier, but can post an updated one is that would be of interest to anyone.
All my posts are my personal opinion based on my reading of the immigration rules and guidance. NOT to be taken as professional/legal advice.

My own opinion is that Super Priority or Priority Services will not resume any soon. There is still a backlog since April to Oct. They have not even started reviewing September SET(m) applications. They should have started doing this by now as they cannot leave them all near 6 months deadline. Lockdown 2 is till 2nd Dec which might be extended for after Xmas and New Year. Taking into consideration that staff are working from home and might be vulnerable people or need to self-isolate, it all plays against resuming the Super Priority Service.

You will only be able to chase them when you reach 6 months i.e. on 30/11/2020.

I assume this is set(m) as I don't think any other route are waiting since June. But please confirm as per CULLINAN question and we will be able to advise.

Yes. Contact them on 1st Dec. Your enquiry will have more weight and beneficial then. But I am hoping you will get a decision before 6 months are over.

Have we had any SET(M)s that went over 6 months? as I have a feeling my application might.

For me 6 months will be 22nd Dec but when back in July my employer did the right to work check, Home office told them that it has been extended till 23rd Jan 2021 :?:

Are you talking about ECS check? ECS is valid for 6 months before employer needs to do it again.
