Yes u said last time that i cant do it after 10pm but i can still access it. But i think once they have verified documents, it should have transferred to UKVI and whatever we do now with documents will stay at Sopra website only and will have no link to UKVI. How come u are able to access it as u had done ur appointment a week earlier? Are u able to upload or remove documents?
I am so worried now if Sopra has sent our documents to UKVI?
Dont be worried. You are correct in what you said. The girl there showed me the screen and showed that she has verified all the docs. So basically the docs that are not verified says “un-verified”. I dont think any documents can be uploaded later on after 10pm on appointment day (sopra website says so atleast).
A few members who went for super priority for other caregories reported that they could access sopra account even after they got the decision so i dont think there is anything to worry about. Relax. 😊
tbh i havent tried to mess about uploading or removing anything new on the account as i dont wanna mess with whats sent lol

No. The girl said I will not recieve any email. She said I will only receive the usual HO monthly emails. But some members have reported not all receive them either.

I paid through my credit card so credit card balance goes in debit instantly.
I think anything you pay for online works the same way?

Lol. So what about the other docs already sent off?

Can you see total number of files uploaded just at the main screen when you press uploads?

One more thing, sopra did not have the list of captions we put while we uploaded (although its optional). The girl put her own captions when she asked what this document was. She said HO can however see the captions we put while uploading.

Yes u are right, there was no caption and there was no file names either. The Sopra guy had to look twice in my documents to confirm few documents. Yes i can see the total number of files uploaded and if i upload one more, it increases overall numbers likewise.

Not sure though why we still can access the docs or account. But well lets see.

Well done Meesha, wish you all the best. It seems you and Tier1-1417 started your process since May last year. Good luck to both of you. Please keep us posted about developments

Yes you are right, i was told at Sopra that i was first to apply in this category or at least for that guy who dealt with my documents. I had explained to him about this route and believe he will deal next case in much more efficient way.
The waiting time is frustrating though. I always wonder why UKVI does n't have an efficient system or why there is no improvement since ages.

Its likely that you are among the first to submit through the Sopra centre you visited. Don’t forget there are many centres throughout UK

I meant we are among the first of the applicants lot who have applied Tier 1 via sopra (it is only 2 months old system anyways). Ofcourse there might be many but none has reported on this forum so far for a successful application through sopra.

Hi Forum members,
I think i have got a very serious problem now and need your help to sort it out.
My 2 employees worked between 1st July2017 to 30th June 2018. their RTI FPS states 6th July2017 to 5th July2018 due to pay cutoff date.
I assumed if 5th July is written as end date, i should technically provide RTI FPS for month of July 2018 too for 5 days? Is it true?
Assuming that i regenerated FPSs by myself with start date as 1st July2017 and end date as 31st June 2018.But the dates on HMRC website should be different to these?
Will i be blamed of providing wrong RTI FPS by UKVI as they will not match with those on HMRC website.
What should i do now?
Many Thanks

Can you access the record what hmrc holds for the employee start date? or are you assuming the start dates are different?

RTI FPS generated by accountant should be same as HMRC though my accountant claimed as its only few days so will not be an issue but u never know with UKVI.

There had been error on pension provider system who sent me wrong letter stating i owe them money from July 2018 to Dec 2018 and when i discussed it with them. they stated end date as 5th August as per HMRC record and had fixed the issue with pension provider

I am more concerned about providing false documents to UKVI than any other point.
How you see it?

Don’t think this should be a problem if the total number of hours for July is minimum120hrs, if the HO have to diCtate what happens in your day to day running of your business then there will be very serious problem for entrepreneurs. For example, if your employee normally works five days a week Monday to Friday and for whatever reason(s) one of them ask for permission for two days in the week and make up for weekends etc, will HO tell you not to reason with your employee, of course no. Moreover in the said month of July 2017,you have four weeks and one day, aside Saturdays and sundays. What is important to HO is that your employee did 30hrs minimum per week, which in this case will be minimum 120hrs in a month. Hope this helps you.

Don’t forget employees can work Saturdays too, also ensure your employee payslip bears minimum 120hrs per month if you pay monthly, or 30hrs per week if you pay weekly.

Yes you are right.
But my concern is different. My accountant provided me RTI FPS which shows start date as 6th July 2017 and end date as 5the August 2018.
But my employees actually started on 1st July 2017 and ended on 20th June 2018. My accountant was not able to regenerate it with my required dates so i generated FPS by myself and sent it to UKVI. So my concern is if UKVI will confirm details with HMRC, they will tell different start and end dates though 5 days difference.

What should i do now?

If the RTI FPS submitted to HMRC shows start and end dates then that is your employee start and end dates.
I remember one of my employee had a similar issue his start date was 1st May but on the FPS it showed 6th May. But because my accountant provides me monthly FPS i spotted that and my accountant revised and corrected the FPS and submitted to HMRC with the correct date of 1st May.

Ideally you should have re-generated the documents on the same dates.

How did you complete your 12 months between 1st July till 20th June??
Shouldnt it be 1st July 2017 till 30th June 2018?

That is payroll documentation error, it’s not a big deal. Everyone makes payroll error all the time. You can write a small letter and put your case I’d and upload to HO immediately.
