Tier-1 Entrepreneur Extension to ILR

Dear Respected Guru,

I have received my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension recently and I would like to apply for Indefinite Stay for my wife and me as we both have finished 10 years here.

I would like to make sure I am eligible to apply for indefinite visa on 10 years basis. Below is my Tier 1 Visa journey.

I would like to know that from JAN-2017 to Sep-2020 my time is wave off as I have approval on my second application.

Apr-2009: Entered UK as Student
Jan-2011: Renew as Student Visa.
Feb-2012: Applied for PSW
Dec -2014: Applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa
Feb-2015: Received tier 1 Approval up to Feb-2017.
Up to 2017, all application were in in time and no refusal.

Jan-2017: Applied for Tier 1 Extension Application.
March-2018: Got refusal on Tier 1 Extension application.
April-2018: Applied for AR (Within 14 days)
June-2018: AR Refused
July-2018: 2nd Application for Tier 1 extension application (Within 14 Days)
Sep-2019: Application Refused after Interview.
Oct-2019: Applied for AR (Within 14 Days).
Oct-2019: AR Refused
Dec-2019: Applied PAP (Within 90 days after refusal)
Jan-2020: UKVI Accepted PAP and Send letter for Reconsideration and agreed to reply in 3 months’ time.
Sep-2020: Received Approval for Tier 1 Extension Application.

Can you please let me know I have 10 years legal stay now?
