Yes

• Order office supplies with suppliers
• Manage appointments with clients

Is above ok so I will send the same format for my 2nd employee and for my self as well. Kindly advise

Thanks bizman, do I need to scan both BRP to claimed continuous period on this category or just the current one ?

Is there any standard document size requirement while uploading ?

Do we need to upload docs category wise or we can upload as many docs we want to upload in one go ?

You can copy both BRP cards and upload. Also the maximum size you can upload is 6MB per file. I will personally advice that you upload black and white documents as black and white and only coloured as coloured.

Try and upload documents cartegory wise as much as you can Tier 1417 simplified this in his last post. I will send it in the next reply

Hi Aman, tier11417, Bizman and other gurus,

In application form they asking date of first RTI / FPS submission, what date I should provide because in start I was taking salary from my business account and RTI was being submitted only for me and after 6 months I hired employee and they added onto the RTI/FPS, so my question is what date I should put

When I started submitted RTI/FPS or myself ?

OR when I hired employees and start submitting RTI/FPS.

I believe I should put the date when I started taking salary from my business account. Kindly advise

Yes it is the date your company started submitting RTI/FPS and in your own case it is when you started submitting for your own salary.

Thanks Aman for your response, what if your PAYE is underpaid or missed the payment as I HMRC told that I'm underpaid or missed few payments which I am in talking with them they said accountant need to call us we will check if there is any discrepency in our system or you missed few payments.

My question is can I submit my ILR application while I am resolving this issue with hmrc or shall I resovle this issue and then apply. Please advise

I had the exact same issue a year before ILR.
I didn’t resolve it. Discussed it with accountant.. coz he was the one who calculated how much I was supposed to pay each month. According to him he did the correct calculation and HMRC had the incorrect figures and it’s common practice for them to do such 🤷🏻‍♀️.
Anyways I was happy to pay it even if I didn’t owe HMRC anything. I didn’t.

So what do you suggest shall I apply if the issue is still ongoing or shall I wait and resolve it or just pay and apply regardless of calculation ?

1. Apply regardless as soon as ur eligible to.
2. Discuss with ur payroll why is there a discrepancy.
3. Pay it off for now and resolve with HMRC later. The good thing abt institutions in this country is that they are fair. If you over pay they adjust it or refund it..
4. It’s not something very important to delay ur application.. you can see in my case.

i would suggest pay it and do your calculations later. if there is something that needs to be adjusted it can always be done at later stage. better its HMRC that owes you money not you owing HMRC.

Pay and just go ahead with your application. They won’t owe you eventually.

Thanks guys for your responses, I am also thinking the same just pay and start the application and will deal this matter and calculation later with them as I am sure there is some discrepancy on either side will check it later once I apply.

A bank confirmation is just one of the documents to verify business registration. I think you’ll be fine.
Not sure but I think the application stays active for atleast 6 or 8 weeks..

How soon you can get an appointment depends on where you are and what type of centre you have opted for.

There is NO priority service for Tier 1 Ent. You only have standard service and it takes anywhere from 3 months or more.

Hi Aman,

My accountant gone through the PAYE account and said there is discrenpency you are not that much under paid we need to talk them and ask them to correct their records, further he suggested don't dealy your application apply it as hmrc payments doesn't impact your ilr or any visa application. Is that correct ? should I apply ?
