Hi Guys,

Any suggestion shall I mention something like that in my cover letter for both jobs rates and hours however in job 2 rates and hours changed for few months and back to normal due to some work load. Does it make any difference ?

Employees / Months / No of Months / Hourly Rate / Hours (monthly)
A (Job 1) - Jan'19 to March'19 - 3 - £7.83 - 130
A (Job 1) - April'19 to Dec'19 - 9 - £8.21 - 130
B (Job 2) - Jan'19 to March'19 - 3 - £13 - 130
B (Job 2) - April'19 to June'19 - 3 - £10 - 168
B (Job 2) - July'19 to Oct'19 - 4 - £13 - 130
C (Job 2) - Nov'19 to Dec'19 -2 - £8.21 - 130

Total number of months 24

Earliest response would be highly appreciated.

Few questions guys,

In employees section of the form:

They asking date of Job Created ?

For Job 1 its fine because employee filled this job since my visa start and still working.

However for Job 2 : Job was created before the extension period and then employee left and I hired the new employee to fill this job position who did 12 months till august so shall I put the job created date which was before extension 2016 and employee start date of for this job last year aug 2018. Is that ok ?

Earliest response would be highly appreciated.

And when I will get the section to upload docs after paying fees in further actions task ?

Shb01 this is the third time you are confirming your list in the same thread. Myself and Marcnath have already advised you before. You do not seem to take the advice properly. I would urge you to NOT to include any unnecessary documents and stick to the guidance. Many members recently have been approved who only followed the documents as per the guidance. I have already shared the list of mandatory documents which is pinned on top of the forum.

indefinite-leave-to-remain/tier-1-ent-a ... 81140.html

If you try to do a little homework on your part and search other successful member threads, it will answer all your questions.

Yes tier11417 that's correct this is the final list I am going to upload therefore just wanted to make sure that I am not missing anything.

Furthemore, there are 3 declaration forms I beleive I just need to sign the first one as I am the main applicant and don't have any joint account or anything. Am I correct kindly confirm this.

After submitting my ILR application I will be applying for my wife's dependent visa extension which is expiring in Oct

I don't have CT41G OR CT603. Is that ok if I am sending just CT600?

You will get to know Aman ;) lol

Btw do I need to print the online application form and scanned and submit as well ?

Shall I mention my absences in Cover letter as well or online form is fine as I have hardly 100 absences in last 10 years

Furthemore, while visiting backhome in 2012 I had a transit and stayed 2 days in Dubai, I think I don't need to mention this specifically as it covers in date of departure from UK and Arrival. Kindly advise.

NO.. stated on application is enough. Absences during Tier1.. last 5 years ONLY!

Yes you can delete and reupload. You can do this until your appointment after which anything uploaded will NOT be sent to the caseworker

Yes you can upload before your biometric appointment. Once you your uploaded docs and the biometric taken is sent to HO, then any docs uploaded there after will not be sent to HO except you send by post with a covering letter and your case ID if you have been assigned one.

That was a tad bit unnecessary. Any how doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of the money we have paid in fees to date..
Just take the email UKVCAS has sent you with all your supporting documents. On phone shall suffice.
The premium lounge would have scanned the documents for you in the same cost.
They ll just scan ur current passport and shall scan anything else if you give them.
Make sure they check the quality of scan on ur part. They’ll first do fingers scanning, photo and make you sign. Ask the person to show you ur picture and sign. Try to do the sign properly in first go otherwise the whole step is repeated.
Once done should ask if ur ok to send everything and once you say yes.. the documents are sent to HO.
Your application is already with HO.

Does it make a difference in the bigger scheme of things, no it doesn't. The date of your appointment is irrelevant and can be after visa expiry too if applicable.

Hi tier11417, Aman and other gurus,

I have submitted my biometric but they didn't let me see the docs they just said everything is fine are you happy to submit application I said yes and thats all. My question is when do you receive the email after submission.

Furthermore, in 2 weeks time I will be submitting my wife dependant visa extension however I didn't mention anything in my application or cover letter about my dependent visa. Is that ok ?

Kindly respond.
