There is no problem about that. Those guys knows next to nothing about the immigration rules. There is nothing they will practically add to your documents.

Why didn’t you submit the applications together with yours if you are submitting next week.

Submission of biometrics? Why would you receive an email for that.
You should’ve received an acknowledgment email from HO when you submitted the application.
It may take a couple of days or in some cases you may not receive any email at all.
Its obviously done. Check ur bank account for debit of fees.

You didn’t need to mention it!

She’ll be granted in line with you.

Dude.. you ask so many questions

Post this question in Tier1 ENT forum.
Google pbs dependant extension documents.
Start filling the applicable form. It’ll give a list.
Read guidance.

Zimba Bro, I did my research as well but there is no harm to ask for advise from someone and sharing experience hopefully this long thread will be beneficial for other members as well who is gonna apply in due course of time.

Thanks everyone for your help and btw when do you start receiving email from home office as I didn't receive anything yet just one email received at the time of online application which was payment confirmation email.

They can send acknowledgment email to you within few days of your application and then monthly email confirming your application is under consideration. But some people don’t receive any email at all and they received their approval later so don’t bother your self it is just system error kind of if you don’t receive it.

Relax your mind, find something profitable to do that will take your time and attention and just hope for the best. That’s the best we can do.

Sending below documents for Tier 1 Dependent extension which was approved initially last year.

Online application form
Combine latest Concil Tax bill (current month)
Combine 1 latest Utility Bill (current month)
Marriage Certificate
Bank Statement for 90 days maintaining 630
Copy of my biometric resident permit

Do I need to send Tenancy agreement ? (Btw agreement is on my name)
Do I need to send accountant letter ?
Do I need to mention that my ILR application is in process ?

You can mention that your ILR is in process, if you have the case ID put it.

I met someone today and he said I can't apply for tier 1 entrepreneur depedent extension as I applied for ILR and I am no longer on Tier 1 Ent route so my dependent's extension will get refused he said you need to apply for FLR M visa for her. Bit confused about it could anyone kindly confirm.

As per my understanding I can apply Tier 1 Depedents extension for her whether my visa is in process or I get approval for my ILR, it has to be dependent extension application. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks

You need to apply a PBS dependent visa extension for her. Keep her on that route till she completes 5 yeas and qualify for her ILR. You have to write a cover letter and request to hold her application till a decision is reached on your ILR application. Her application will be decided after anyways.

Plus your cohab docs are not sufficient. You need more documents.

What they said is not true. The only route actually that they can apply is tier 1 since it was on that basis they came into UK

They are married and not merely cohabiting mate. He has his marriage certificate included.

Marriage does not mean they are living together unless they prove that. Married people can live away for years not living together.

You need to show 2 years of cohab docs. 4/5 different source covering the last 2 years spread evenly every 3/4 months.

Tenancy agreement
Council Tax
Water/Elec/Gas Bills
Phone Contracts
Virgin Media/Sky Contracts
etc

Ideally a couple docs in joint names, otherwise top it up with solo names but same address with whatever you have.

Yes I got few of her docs solo and few combine as well and will send docs for both solo and combine to confirm we both live on same address, should be sufficient

I don't understand one thing how can I send 2 years doc as she came last year in this country furthermore is that ok if I just send the latest bills, bank statements etc.
