I got 2 utility bills combine
council tax bill combine

tenancy is on my name, Shall I add her on that ?
You need to show 2 years of cohab docs. 4/5 different source covering the last 2 years spread evenly every 3/4 months.
What you mean by spread evenly 3/4 months e.g. if I am sending water bill do I need to send like jan 19 then apr 19 then aug 19 bill ?

Yes... and in your case prove that she has been living with you from date she arrived in UK...

What date is your wife’s visa expiring?

And what date she got the initial PBS visa?

Also don’t forget LIUK and English language tests. Very important
LIUK is not required for PBS extension 🥴

They have to prove susbsisting relationship, which is the cohab documents.

PBS dependents who did not submit them have had their applications delayed as ho has asked for them.

Thought it’s ILR. In that wise no need for English and LIUK. I think she needs basic cohabitation docs for extension

Thanks tier11417, I will ask my GP to write a letter that we both are living on the same address since she came into the UK. Hope this would suffice and will ask council and utility to send me couple of old bills copies as well to confirm more.

Its been more than a week now I applied for ILR however since then I didn't receive any acknowledgement email or anything.
Do they send ack email or anything or not once you submit the case ?

Hi Guys,

I have submitted my ILR application almost 3 weeks ago now going to apply Tier 1 dependent extension as its expiring in few days, however I have requested couple of docs from NHS which will take some times so my question is.

Can I submit the depedent application form online and will upload docs later prior to the biometric appointment at Sopra Steria ?

Kindly advise.

Your supporting documents cannot be dated after the date of application, which is the date you submit and pay online.
