You have to apply online now as Zimba said. However, you still have a choice to use existing or new service to submit your documents and biometrics.

Documents & Biometric Submission:
Existing Service: You print out the form, send original documents to HO, biometrics at a postoffice.
New Service: Upload docs, biometrics and documents verification at UKVCAS centre. You retain the originals.

Thanks for the responses guys, one more thing can I take life in the UK test now almost 5 months ago I know there is no validity of the test but would it be ok if I take this early. No there is not. It doesn't apply to Tier 1 Ent applicants.
As far as I know, there is no super priority services.
But it clearly says on website that you can get decision in 1 day through super priority service with additional charges may be they introduced it again can any one confirm please.

Jobs stay.. employees can come n go and even rejoin..
One more thing the title of the job can remain same after the extension period for ILR route e.g. Admin and Marketing these were the 2 jobs and title for my extention and still it is same for ILR route. Thanks Aman hopefully I will try to apply in August on the basis of continous period since my initial visa which was granted in Sept. Another question my wife she came on dependant visa in last year July and got her biometric from post office which states visa expiry in Oct. There are people who are applying immediately and will have to provide the above amongst others.
By the time you qualify.. they’ll probably have heard back with regards to their applications.
She can apply for a tier 1 dependent extension before her visa expires, if you are applying for ILR based on 5 years PBS route. Anothoer scenario, what if I got my ILR approved before her visa application do I still need to apply tier 1 dependent extension or it will change to FLR M if i get approved my ILR before her application. Other members can also share their experience if you have any.

If you switch to FLR(M), she must meet the English and Financial requirements and it resets her residence clock to zero.
