It depends on your situation, why don’t you post your documents so that members can look at it and help. Also it will helpful if you start your own post so that you can have a track of it instead of interjecting others posts/topics

I think each CW have their own style of handling cases. I have seen several people with same experience. Fingers crossed, they will communicate your approval soon.

I believe the automated emails have nothing to do with the CW. It has something to do with the system pushing emails. Nothing more we can do than wait. Hoping for the best. Thanks 🙏

They are automated emails. The CW cant be manually sending emails every month now. Its sent through the system automatically. Majority get it though. I have also seen previous cases where applicants did not.

I have seen more people reported applying for Tier 1 Ent in Feb 2019 end/March 2019. There are only a few reported in Dec18/Jan19 after the new system was launched in Nov18. We will know the timeline better in a couple of months with the new system.
One of the few early ones (after new system was launched) is member “Meesha” who applied around 18th Dec so reaching close to 3 months now.

I am hopeful you should hear something by end of the month. As I have seen many cases which were decided around 3.5 months.

@meesha, just want to ask, did your company make profit the current year or loss. And hope your accountant filed your last account

As far as I know filling latest accounts are not a requirement for ILR. So even if she did not submit latest accounts should be fine. The accounts just have to be submitted before the deadline but has nothing to do with ILR.

How would HO know you are trading or in business, of course they will check companies house records. That’s one of the reasons why some applications get delayed.

I have not filed any accounts for 2018-2019 and have no plans to do it until summer. I dont think it has anything to do with visa at this time. I was granted extension in June and i did not filed accounts for last year at that time either and i see no affect for not doing it then. I applied on 18th Dec so today is exact 3 months. Hoping for best!

As long one meets companies house deadlines to submit accounts, I suppose its ok. Accounts are not needed for ILR. For example if someone applied in Dec 2018 but the accounts were not due untill April 2019, the accounts will be filled later on.

CAR gives the latest filling history anyways. That is a mandatory document.
