Post by Jaz09 » Thu Dec 13, 2018 12:32 am

Hi everyone,
Can you please help me on this.
I got my first tier2 visa on 24/03/2014 to 07/04/2017 and again got extended visa on 31/03/2017 to 31/03/2020. I will complete my 5years on 24/03/2019,
* so can I apply for ILR, 28days before 5years completion which is on 27/02/2019 ?????
* Can I book appointment now for same day service
* Can my dependent apply with me, he is here in uk
* Total premium fees for myself and dependent???
* My dependent join me in August 2016, can he apply for ILR.

Kind Regards

Hai Jaz09,

1. You are eligible to apply for ILR from 27/02/2019, book an appointment later than this date

2. You cannot book an appointment today(24 days before appointments will be open), you will have to complete the online application and make the payment for Super Premium Service(UKVCAS) - 24 hours(5 days) response of your decision - No more same day decisions(but still have to pay £3018.20)

Note: No more paper-based applications

3. Your dependent cannot apply for ILR with your application as he would not have 5 years in this Tier 2(General)category

Once you get your ILR, you will have to apply for Tier 2(General) extension based on your ILR status.

With Regards,
Kartik

Please explain this? Once you get ILR you don't need Tier2 any more

Kartik appears to be referring to your dependants
