I with my wife in uk since last 6 to 7 yrs...having one child uk born in nov 2011...child last went to India in Octo 13 for 20 days only...in 2o15 cold went to Eu for 10 10 to 15 days only...my and my wife ILR refused and given option for AR and Judicial review...how can I further proceed for ILR...what about my child legal status...my stays for right to work...my wife is pregnant and due in jan 18..we all are in uk
