What legal action I can take if endorsment body not is responding to issue me endorsement Letter required for ILR

I am on innovator visa and spent successfully three years. I achieved all the conditions and milestones for ILR but Suddenly my endorsement body quite and not responding at the last moment when i need Endorsement Letter for ILR. I sent various emails but no response. I tried to reach out through calls but no response. Now what should I do? I am very frustrated and very few days left for my deadline to apply for ILR.

You are not entitled to a guaranteed immigration status or ILR. You either meet the requirements for ILR or you do not. If you do, you may choose to apply for ILR. If you have any issue with an endorsing body, you should take up the issue with them. There is no legal obligation for an endorsing body to endorse you or secure visa or ILR for you. This is not really an immigration issue. If you are no longer endorsed, you should leave the UK before visa expiry or switch to a different visa
