Re: What to expect after SET(O) ILR form submission

Hello All - I am in the process of uploading documents for my ILR (SETO) application. On Consent forms,as I understand that Part1 and Part2 need to be signed, my queries are:

1. Shall I upload a blank copy of PArt3 though it's not applicable to me? OR instead i upload with Not applicable written on PArt3??

2. Shall I upload Part1 and Part2 as separate pages as in the UKVI document checklist they appear as separate documents?

It would be of great help if anyone could advise me here please

Regards

There are not important issues. Ignore part 3. Upload as you wish

Hi Zimba - Many thanks for the clarification on the consent forms. I've submitted the application for me and wife on July 27. For Cohabitation I have gathered the following documents. All these are in joint names but you can see there are some gaps i.e.between Jan 20 and Jul 20 there is no document. Does this look OK? It will be helpful to know any feedback/suggestions. Many thanks in advance.

Jul-21 Anglian Water
May-21 Energy bill
Mar-21 Council tax
Jan-21 Anglian Water
Dec-20 Energy bill
Aug-20 Council tax
Jul-20 Anglian Water
Jan-20 Anglian Water
Dec-19 Essex Suffolk water
Oct-19 Kingston council tax
Sep-19 HSBC Bank statement joint account
Jul-19 HSBC statement joint account

You have submitted already, if that is all that you can provide then that's it, hopefully it suffices.

Thanks AmazonianX - I've still not submitted the application. For the gap period I can still submit bank statements with joint names but the only issue there is that account had hardly any transactions/money on it i.e. as less as £9 balance and 3 to 4 transactions. I hope that should be okay as a last resort as thats still an active account. Let me know please what you think

It should be OK as it is not the balance that is relevant but its use as cohabitation evidence.

Dear Respected Gurus and Moderators,

I got the following query from Home office further to my ILR SET(O) application (Prirority service) and biometrics done on 03-aug-21. I have applied for me and my wife but as child is UK born I did not apply for him:

"Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK.
Although we would normally decide your application from the date of biometrics, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case.
As part of our duty of care to children in the UK.
Please can you clarify why your dependant child has not been included on this application."

My questions are:
1. What should be the exact reply to this email with reference to any forms or rules?.
2. Shall I provide any evidence that the child lives with me etc?

Thanks in advance for all the kind help!!

2. Shall I provide any evidence that the child lives with me etc? Provide child's birth certificate too

Thanks in advance for all the kind help!!
