Hello,

Me and my husband got ILR after 5 years through the tier 2/skilled worker category. We recently had a baby who was born in India.

Which visa should I apply for the child to enter the UK? Should I apply through family visa or PBS dependent tier 2 visa?

Could you please send the link for the online application form? I was not able to find any link for ILE application on gov.uk website.
