will the home office send emails in the weekends?

Hello every one,
thanks for all your help and Support.
I am applying for ILR for 5 years spouse visa.
I filled my application and I am waiting to be 28 Days before completing the 5 years from the entry date to submit the application online.
I am wondering is it possible to book the Super Priority service before submitting the application or I have to wait until submitting the application.

No it is not possible to book before submitting online. You can only book as part of your online application once you have paid.

Hi everyone
I applied yesterday for my wife in croydon by super service at 8:30 am and we still didn’t receive any news from them till now Wednesday 8:20 pm.
I am very worried and I don’t know what to do?
Is it normal to take all this time? Or because of the Bank holiday.
What does it means that we get the decision by the end of next working Day?
Does it mean till midnight night next working days?

Please any help.

Super priority 24hrs is not a guarantee. Many members have reported waiting for days or even weeks before getting a decision. Stay positive. You can push in for a refund for super priority fees later on.

Dont stress yourself. As I said it can take a few days or so. Hope you get the decision soon. Just relax and you will receive it when it comes through.

third day nearly finished and I still didn't receive any thing from the home office.
my wife is very worried.
is there any phone number to call the home office to ask why didn't receive any thing till now.

I checked now the prove your right to work website and I get the following message
The details entered don't match our records.
it was working early but now changed to The details entered don't match our records.
I put the BRP details that i have at the moment.
any idea why?

I enrolled the application on tuesday 27th August early Morning by croydon super priority.
I am wondering could I receive any email in the weekend or only from Monday to Friday?
is the delaying means that there are problems in my application or this is normal?

This forum wouldn’t really know why.. but my educated guess would be verifications checks
Why are you so stressed? Do you know of something that maybe an issue?
You should consider urself lucky that you ve not received a complex issues email.
Even with such emails I’ve seen people get their approvals within 2 weeks.
Yes also receive emails over weekend.
On the bright side you seem to be entitled to a super priority refund..

If you are British she can apply now assuming she has satisfies all the other requirements. Ask your queries regarding this in the British citizenship forum
