Independent Monitor to visit the Moscow Consulate General

The Independent Monitor is preparing to visit Moscow in September.

Pursuant to her commission from Parliament, she will prepare a report on the quality of decision-making on entry clearance applications without right of appeal.

The Entry Clearance Users Panel will brief the IM prior to her visit, and in turn, if there are SYSTEMIC issues which should be brought to her attention, please let me know. Via pm here or feedback on my site.
