India Business Visa British National With Pakistani Heritage

I’m applying for a business visa for India as I’m due to travel there as part of work. I work for a multinational global company and have had the same visa in 2019 so don’t have concerns with getting it.

I do however have Pakistani parents/grandparents although I’m British and don’t hold a Pakistani passport.

Going through the application now and I’m concerned I won’t get it in time (5-6 weeks before I am due to travel)

What are my chances of getting it in time?

What are you applying for? PK or UK passport?
Don't see why you need a PK passport, you are British (by naturalisation?).
UK passport shouldn't take more than 3 weeks.

Dual nationals with Pakistan decent have to apply on Pakistani passport if you have one. If not so you need to attached NICOP. If you don’t have that too then you have to proof that. The visa process can take up to 3 months because it requires clearance from New Delhi before your visa can be processed at INDIAN CONSULATE LONDON. Good luck!
