hi everyone myself h singh and i am in difficult situation here is the problem i am indian national and i have indian passport and i have leave to remain for3 years and married with british citizen but pakistani born girl and i have 2 kids they holding only british passport and born in uk. we plan to go india to meet my family and went to vfs for visa for my wife and kids and i understand its more formalities and they take long time to give visa for pakistani origin these all applied for my wife but they said there is same formalities to get visa for my kids and it will take minimum 2 months but i ask them my kids them my kids are not born in pakistan but they said the mother is born in pakistan so kids are pakistani origin. is this fair with my kids i am indian national person so my kids have no any rights because they are not ready to give my kids the oci cards or no long term visa or no more then 3 months visa for india or not even student visa more then 3 months they are treating my kids as like pakistani. dont you think this is very unfair for my kids i want send my kids to india for study for our culture because all my family in india so i have no relatives here or no family friends please please give me good advice. what i do? do i need solicitor or what is the best option for me for my every question they just telling me mum is pakistani thats it but what about my nationality i am indian and they are my blood so please guys help me out of this situation any more information please let me me know please please help me guys and thanks

Your children are not eligible for OCI as you are still an Indian citizen. This has been explained to you before.
