indian passport renewal form error

hi all

i submitted the application to renew indian passport at london goswel road.
after 2-3 days, i found the mistake in the application form , in the end beside the signature column, in place i have written my name instead or location.
probably done by autofilling ..

what should i do ? can this be corrected ?
any help is appreciated
