Indian visa

Hi , my uncle arrived on holiday from Canada in 24tg December 2014 and will go back to Canada in February 2015. He now has to go to India for family reasons so I would like to can he apply for a Indian visa in the uk. On the form where they address in the uk can he put my name details down.
