Inependant Contractor earnings evidence

I have a new company of which I am a director of according to legislative changes which came into effect 4 April 2007. I have had this cmpany since this time. I have nota return for that comapny(no tax return at all as I have only been in the UK since september 06). I therefor have to apply for exceptional consideration and produce bank statements. Are these my company bank statements or personal bank statements or both? As I have been paying myself an irregular lump sum inclusive of dividends and pay from my company bank account to my personal account I am concerned as to how this will be viewed? Can someone please help me?

Who is providing you with administration of the company? Why don't you ask the company/person for information regarding documentation concerning the money you have drawn out of the company? Payslips! Dividend vouchers!

Do appreciate that under Company Law the company is a separate legal person, to be distinguished from its shareholders and directors. It is you, not the company, that is making the application, so the evidence to be provided relates to what you have drawn out of the company.
